Placement Officer

Job Description 

We at AWDIZ are looking for full time in-house Placement Manager who have specialization in IT Fresher Hiring and be a part of one of the biggest IT training institute in Mumbai. Work location will be Vashi , Navi Mumbai.

Note: In exceptional cases, we are fine with candidates who want to handle this opportunity from WFH on freelance basis and get paid incentives according to per placement),

Candidates from Mumbai are preferred but other placement officers from other cities can apply for this position if they are fine for relocation.

Major Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the placement of trained fresher candidates from AWDIZ institute in the relevant IT industry as per the skill.
  • We train candidates primarily on IT skills like Full Stack Development, CCNA Networking, Windows and Linux Server Administration so the placement officer should be ready to do placement for this skills.
  • Should have prior experience as a fresher placement officer and worked in the similar roles for other training institutes or colleges.
  • Handling End-to-End Fresher Placements for all our trained fresher candidates on various IT skills and making sure our placement ratio is higher compare to other training institutes placement record.
  • Organizing campus placements in our training center’s in Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

Job description

  • Hiring Companies on-boarding and Clientele portfolio building for placement needs will be the main responsibility of the PO.
  • PO needs to keep in touch with hiring company HR from different organizations in order to stay updated with the new job vacancies that come up.
  • Needs to look for job opportunities for candidates.
  • Good knowledge of industry-interface-academia
  • Strong networking skills with Industry and to be aware current trends on recruitment cycle.
  • Develop and implement plans and strategies for candidate’s job placement and work-based learning opportunities.

Required Candidate profile

  • 2-3 years of experience must.
  • Placement consultancy experience preferred
  • Confidence and ability to tie up with companies
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Strong relationships with leaders in various functions such as human resources, recruitment

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹700,000.00 per year
