  • We are searching for an IT Recruiter to grow and maintain existing headcount for one of our key accounts.
  • This is a candidate-facing role where you will be responsible for the identification and onboarding of candidates.
  • Your primary function will be to proactively source new candidates via appropriate channels.


  • 5 – 7 years recruitment experience focusing on the sourcing of Technology skills.
  • Key internal stakeholder management experience focusing on the growth of contractor / contingent workforce headcount and talent management.
  • Proven experience as a Tech Recruitment Consultant or similar role, preferably within a recruitment agency or tech-focused environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of the tech industry, including tech roles, skills, trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Strong understanding of various tech stacks, programming languages, and software development methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to source and attract highly qualified tech professionals through various channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates.
  • Solid experience in conducting effective candidate assessments, interviews, and evaluations.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to manage candidate data and streamline the recruitment process.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth job spec qualification experience by accessing career portals, social media sites / platforms and personal networks.
  • General understanding of the basic conditions of employment and the associated risks.
  • Strong administration skills / experience with regards to tracking daily recruitment activities and adhering to policies and procedures.
