Chat Process Executive

Job Description 

A chat process typically refers to a customer service role where an individual interacts with customers through an online chat platform to address their queries, complaints or concerns related to a product or service.

The job responsibilities of a chat process executive may include:

Responding to customer queries through online chat platforms in a timely and efficient manner

Providing information about products and services

Resolving customer complaints and addressing their concerns

Escalating issues to higher authorities if required

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Following up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.

To excel in a chat process role, one must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong problem-solving abilities. They should also be able to multitask and handle multiple customer chats simultaneously while providing timely and effective solutions. Additionally, basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms are a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹250,000.00 – ₹350,000.00 per year
