Job Description 

Telecaller roles

· Telecallers are responsible for making calls to prospective clients who have expressed interest in immigration services

· They provide information about visa requirements, application procedures, eligibility criteria, and other relevant details

· Telecallers handle incoming calls and inquiries from clients regarding immigration services.

· They coordinate and schedule appointments as per the Concern of client

· Telecallers guide clients in collecting and organizing the required documents for visa applications.

· They provide guidance and support to clients throughout the application process.

· Telecallers maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on the progress of their immigration applications

· They may also follow up on pending documents or additional information required by immigration authorities.

· Telecallers maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and information in the immigration consultant’s database CRM system.

· responsible for meeting targets, such as generating a certain number of leads or converting inquiries into clients

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
