Sales Executive

Job Description 

Ensure sales targets are achieved on a regular basis i.e. monthly, quarterly, and annually.

Establishing, maintaining, and expanding your dealers & distributors base.

Follow all company policies and processes, including HR policies, Sales Policies, Sales Margin Structures, Sales Schemes, etc., regularly and as the company updates.

Ensure timely and regular updates of sales, stock, scheme, targets, etc related data on the sales software or Google form used by the management.

Generate and submit accurate reports (daily, weekly, monthly, etc) to the reporting Manager before the 8th of every month.

Ensure support and training for all colleagues as and when necessary.

Everyday market visit as per route plan discussed & assigned by ASM & ZSM.

Visiting distributors regularly at least 2 times a week for getting the orders as per available stock, placing orders for articles with no stock, checking dispatches to dealers, and solving any issues faced by distributors for our brand.

Attending any training or virtual call scheduled by the company, ASM or ZSM.

Understanding the products, their features, rates & schemes and explaining it to the dealers and distributors from time to time.

Ensure to carry 10 Products everyday and change the products every week while meeting with customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month

Day range:

  • Monday to Friday


  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Agra, Agra, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)


  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)


  • Business development: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Lead generation: 1 year (Preferred)
