Partnering with this high energy company looking for a front desk receptionist. This is best suited to a candidate who is upbeat, enthusiastic, friendly and proactive. This role is 5 days in office!
This role has become available due to current incumbent promotion.
  • Managing a high volume of inbound calls and address queries over the phone
  • Greet clients and customers at reception
  • High level administrative support to the team
  • Support enquiries and put calls through to the relevant departments
  • Support the project admin team
  • Following up OHS compliance
  • Management of email, meeting rooms and online bookings
  • Preparing of management reports
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Researching and booking travel arrangements for staff members
  • Events coordination assistance
  • Ad hoc duties
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills – must be professional, approachable, friendly
  • Experience working in receptionist, customer service and hospitality will be considered.
  • High attention to detail
  • Competency with IT systems
