Job Description 

1. Reception Duties: Be the warm and welcoming face of our company by greeting clients and visitors with a friendly attitude and providing exceptional customer service.

2. Administrative Support: Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently, and assist in managing appointments, calendars, and office supplies.

3. Sales Assistance: Collaborate with our sales team to provide support in the sales process, such as preparing documents, assisting with property listings, and coordinating property viewings.

4. Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets, providing tailored solutions and guidance throughout the buying or renting process.

5. Property Information: Be well-informed about our real estate listings and property management services, sharing detailed information with potential clients to match their requirements.

6. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property transactions, and other essential data to ensure smooth operations.


– Previous experience in reception or customer-facing roles is preferred.

– Knowledge of real estate processes, property management, or sales is an advantage.

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

– Proficiency in using basic computer software and office equipment.

– Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a desire to learn and grow in the real estate industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month

  • Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
