Customer Care Executive

Job Description 

Candidate should have excellent command over English language (Verbal & Written), Should have minimum 2years of experience in customer care services.

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutions.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Maintain and review records of items bought, costs, deliveries, product performance, and inventories.
  • To Plan the dispatches of finished goods in coordination with the sales team
  • Ensuring quality packaging to prevent goods from getting damaged in transit.
  • Maintaining MIS Sheets (Tracking sheet, fund planning, cost sheet) for monitoring and planning of shipments and cost respectively.
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and grievances.
  • Enter and update customer information in the database.
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
  • Go the “extra mile” to ensure Customer Satisfaction.
  • Keep records of calls and note useful information

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
