Requirements & Qualifications

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Must be superb multi-taskers and able to work well under pressure

· Must be able to stand for long periods of time

· Must be an effective team player in this important front-line time

· Ideal candidates will be flexible, well spoken, outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic

Duties & Responsibilities

· Perform a wide variety of Concierge duties to accommodate Members’ needs

· Greet Members, Guests, and Staff

· Act as ‘gatekeepers’ and control access to the Club

· Document everyone who enters the Club in case of an emergency or incident

· Communicate Members’ requests to appropriate Staff

· Direct Guests to meetings and functions

· Provide up-to-date information regarding programs and registration, special events, membership issues, waitlists, etc.

· Other related task and duties as assigned by Management

– Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate individuals
– Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
– Provide information to callers and visitors about the organization and its services
– Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
– Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
– Maintain a clean and organized reception area

– Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
– Proficient in using Google Suite or similar software for email, calendar management, and document creation
– Familiarity with medical or dental office procedures is a plus
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Professional appearance and demeanor
