Siemens Healthineers India is looking for a Marketing Professional for its Advanced Therapy Business

Location: Bengaluru
Job Responsibilities:
  • Drives outbound marketing activities for all Advanced Therapy (AT) products.
  • Develop and implements a unit-wide marketing plan, working with all departments to execute it.
  • Design action plans for their implementation and coordinates activities of various stakeholders
  • Develop marcom material depending on product requirements and specifications from a marketing perspective and contributes product messaging and product market positioning.
  • Develop product related Marketing strategies to drive product demand for assigned organizational unit(s) and may manage the outbound marketing activities for assigned products.
  • Develop product marketing plan in cooperation with sales, product development and other involved stakeholders.
  • Work cross functional with various internal key stake holders to design and develop strategies for different product segments under AT
  • Responsible for identifying and building partnerships with other medtech companies with complementing product portfolios for improving patient care
  • Work on strategic initiatives for retaining and further strengthening customer mindshare in Interventional Cardiology & Neurovascular Care
  • Drive special projects in our growth vector of Neurovascular Care to improve patient care
  • Graduation in any pure Sciences / Engineering. Additionally MBA from a reputed management institute is a must.
  • Should possess clinical knowledge in Cardiology & Neurovascular domain
  • Should have at least 10 years of experience in Marketing or Business Development preferably in Medical Devices / Life Sciences companies.
  • Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, dependable, and team player.
  • Must also have problem solving, analytical, and quantitative skills and able to work independently and effectively in a team environment.
  • High-level technical expertise, good communication skills, software skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
