Marketing Manager

Job Description

As the Sales & Marketing Manager at PC Training and Business College, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to promote our institution and attract prospective students. You will work closely with our Sales & Marketing team, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives that align with our brand values and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to enhance brand awareness and promote PC Training and Business College’s programs and services.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, understand industry trends, and evaluate competition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing campaigns, including online and offline advertising, social media, email marketing, content creation, and event planning.
  • Manage the college’s online presence, including the website, social media platforms, and online directories, to ensure accurate and engaging content.
  • Monitor and analyze sales & marketing metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Plan and execute lead generation activities, including online and offline events, open houses, and campus tours, to attract prospective students and increase enrollment.
  • Work closely with the sales & marketing team to develop effective recruitment strategies and materials to support enrollment goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as industry partners, high schools, career counselors, and community organizations, to expand the college’s reach and enhance collaboration opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, digital tools, and best practices in higher education marketing to ensure our efforts remain innovative and competitive.
  • Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and provide regular reports on sales & marketing activities, expenses, and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales & marketing. A relevant master’s degree will be an advantage.
  • Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager or a similar role, preferably in the higher education industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales & marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with a track record of successful campaign execution.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and web analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
  • Creative mind set with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas and campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess data, identify trends, and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of higher education industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in managing budgets and allocating resources effectively.

Job Type: Permanent
