Senior Admin Co-Ordinator

Job Description 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Good communication skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Logistics and Inventory.
  • Handling recruitment and selection activities including arrangement for interviews
  • To conduct induction for new employee
  • To monitor daily attendance of all employees
  • To record and submit report on staff leave and attendance
  • Assist in staff training and development activities.
  • To prepare, implement, monitor HR Policies
  • Handling general admin duties including replenishments of stationery and office supplies.
  • Strong proficiency with the GeM portal and other tender portals
  • Familiarity with the tendering process, documentation etc.
  • Should be well versed with CRM, Interakt, LinkedIn, job portals & HR applications
  • Manage company facilities, including space planning/design, vendor contracts and relations, and office functions and services
  • Ensure general management of office by overseeing operational efficiency, effective communications, and other strategic and tactical planning

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • We required Female candidate. and her age should be- 30 to 40.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • At least 2-3 years experience in the same field. Be able to communicate well with visitors, staff, and suppliers.
  • Must be self-motivated with ability to multitask and manage time well;
  • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills;
  • Highly computer literate and knowledgeable in HR software;
  • Must be well versed with Employment Act;
  • Have good skills in interpersonal, able to communicate with all levels;
  • Degree / Diploma in Human Resource and any related discipline, STPM or equivalent;
  • Knowledge in administrative activities and internal control policy and procedure;
  • Email & letter drafting
  • Preparing technical and commercial bids as per the tender requirements.
  • Coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents about tendering / bidding activities.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication skills and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to ₹36,000.00 per month
