Job Description

  • Perform secretarial and administrative work.
  • Manage and coordinate travel for both business and personal arrangements.
  • Take dictation and minutes of meetings and draft correspondences.
  • Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as and when required.
  • To maintain the confidentiality of Company information at all times.
  • Determine job of top priority and accomplish urgent matters within tight deadlines.
  • Liaison and follow up professionally with all levels of management and staff.
  • Professional handling of receipt claims, business calls, messages & other information.
  • Carry out general admin duties and courier task.
  • Managing all office orders on regular basis.
  • Schedule appropriate meeting times and booking rooms.
  • Arranging both internal and external events.
  • Organize, store and print company documents as needed.
  • To perform any other tasks, assignments, project as and when required by the superior.


  • Candidate must possess Professional Qualifications/Diploma/Degree in any field.
  • Willing to travel to other areas, districts, and states.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Preferably specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English.
  • Extremely detail oriented to ensure accuracy and quality across all tasks.
  • Excellent people skills and creative problem solving.
  • Detail to appearance; dress in a professional manner.
  • Result-oriented, self-motivated and a team player.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Salary: ₹45,000.00 – ₹80,000.00 per month
