Job Description 

She will be providing Back-End Support to all the team mates including Décor, Sales, Management Teams. Key Roles includes:-

  • Maintain Record of all queries & data on Company software.
  • Follow-up of all queries until booking confirmed or rejected.
  • Fix-up Meeting timings for the sales team and sharing details on client requirements with sales team.
  • Stay tuned & updated with all the products and services and the prices offered by the company.
  • Maintain Records of Revenue Generated and Targets Achieved & Keep the Team informed on the same.
  • Keep Record of Payment received from client and paid to vendors.
  • Follow-up with the vendors and cross checking all the deliverables during event confirmation calls.
  • Manage RSVP Calling for each wedding and issue requirements sheet for logistics support for the same.
  • Keeping record of Daily Reports of All staff separately.
  • Creating Proposals & Quotations for the clients as per their queries.
  • Venue hunt, Dates Availability and Initial Quotes for the Destination Wedding Queries.
  • Updating any new vendor/venues/suppliers in the software regularly.
  • Creating Cost Sheets for Each event separately and making all the payments to vendors as per the deal/payment slip provided by concerned department head/executive .

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
