Member Support Executive

Job Description 

Primary Responsibilities:

 Act as the first line of support for solving customer queries

 Make outbound calls to manage customer appointments with the experts

 Refer customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation

 Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests

 Keep records of customer interactions, details of enquiries, and complaints, as well as

actions taken


 Excellent communication skills in English

 Multiple Languages Preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹133,849.11 – ₹324,000.00 per year
