Office Assistant

Job Description 


Provide general administrative support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, handling correspondence & should be involved in day to day activates of the office

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments, and maintain calendars for the office.

Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems, both physical and electronic.

Assisting Sales & Service team on day to day basis

Supporting the sales team in achieving the offer annual sale targets

Supporting the service team & making their travel plan

Checking tour bills & sending a detailed summary report to the HO

Follow-up with the customers for the offer submitted


1. Proven experience as a coordinator

2. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.

3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.

4. Proficient in using office software, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.

5. Excellent verbal and written skills6 Ability work, as well part of effectively team, and with colleagues.

7. Strong problem-solving decision-making.

8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

9. Familiarity with office equipment and basic maintenance procedures.

10. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹24,000.00 per month
