Key Responsibilities

As an IT Coordinator you will be responsible for managing various aspects of our IT infrastructure and services. Your role will encompass ensuring hardware and software integrity, technical support, relationship management with key internal/external stakeholders, and contributing to product development and innovation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Management: Efficiently manage and maintain project processes, ensuring the end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure and services.
  • Reporting: Generate reports and interpret data to identify risks/opportunities, and provide analytical support to assist decision makers.
  • Resource Coordination: Coordinate internal and external resources, overseeing project coordination and multitasking to prioritize daily tasks effectively.
  • Onsite Support: Provide onsite expertise, guidance and support for setting up and testing retail systems.
  • Documentation: Develop, document, test and maintain procedures related to IT systems and infrastructure.

To be successful you will have:

  • Relevant qualification and Aged Care experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal abilities to confidently liaise with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Technical proficiency with software programs and technology, including IT hardware and infrastructure.
  • Good analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel.
  • Exceptional time management, planning and organisational skills.
  • Personable and positive attitude, with adaptability to varying situations.
  • Willingness to learn, display initiative and take on new responsibilities.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Previous experience in the healthcare, aged care sector and IT support is highly regarded.
