Our team is looking for two HR Analysts to join our Employee Experience team at Affinity! One HR Analyst position will primarily support workforce planning and HR analytics, and the other HR Analyst will primarily support compensation and total rewards programs and systems. Both roles will work collaboratively and use a data-driven mindset to support the broader HR team through research, analysis, and reporting for HR programs and system enhancements.

What you’ll do:

  • Participate in the development and maintenance of total rewards and workforce programs, systems, and tools
  • Monitor and make recommendations relevant to strategic workforce planning, including staffing and complement assessments, qualifications reviews, and/or capacity modelling
  • Monitor, track, and perform analysis of incentive compensation results and payments to ensure program alignment and accuracy in reporting
  • Performs compensation research, costing, and analysis related to base salary, incentive compensation programs, job design, and evaluation
  • Maintain various HR programs, including the job evaluation program and workforce planning analytics

What you’ve got:

  • A post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, plus 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • In-depth knowledge of HR analysis, compensation, and elements of total rewards systems
  • Working knowledge of strategic human resources practices, including strategic workforce planning
  • Ability to leverage data and technology to implement leading practices in all areas of work
