As an HR Coordinator at CareerNaksha, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in various administrative and operational tasks. You will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, employee onboarding, HR documentation, and other HR-related activities. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping our team thrive.


  • Assist in recruitment processes
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation
  • Maintain HR records and documentation
  • Handle HR inquiries and requests
  • Support employee engagement initiatives
  • Ensure HR compliance and reporting

Qualifications & Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field
  • Previous HR coordination/administration experience a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month

  • Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
