About the position

A new opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources (HR) Administrator to join our close-knit team, working from our Brisbane City office. This role will act as the first point of contact for HR related queries at a national level.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you be responsible for providing HR administrative services across the organisation. This is a key role that provides fundamental support to our HR team. As a global business, you will have the opportunity to build relationships both nationally and internationally across our organisation.

Core accountabilities will include:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Coordinate changes to employment conditions
  • Support the Payroll Officer in weekly and monthly payroll processing
  • Manage the HR team’s shared mailboxes
  • Support the implementation of key HR initiatives
  • Participate and be an active member in team meetings
  • Support the ongoing maintenance of HR processes
  • Produce and distribute HR reports and analytics as required
  • Seek opportunities for continuous improvement

This role could suit a recent HR graduate, or someone looking to start their career in Human Resources.

About you

  • Tertiary qualifications (or working towards) in HR or related disciplines desirable
  • Previous exposure to HR / Recruitment highly regarded but not essential
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail essential
  • Experience or exposure to maintaining HR databases desirable
  • Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritise
  • Flexibility and willingness to assist others
  • Enthusiastic to learn and grow
