About Us:

With over experience, Glad Group is positioned as a leader in the delivery of integrated property services across Australia and New Zealand.

You will:

  • Provide administrative support to Operations
  • Stock ordering within budgets
  • Generating purchase orders, sales quotes and sales orders
  • Checking payroll entries against rosters
  • Checking monthly P&L reports
  • Develop and generate client monthly reports as required
  • Ad Hoc duties as required

Desired Skills and Experience

About You:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional ability to prioritise workload and adapt to changing timelines
  • High attention to detail, self-motivated and customer focused
  • Intermediate level of computer literacy, particularly Word and Excel
