Whitten Brothers has been helping keep Virginia moving. As a family owned and operated dealership, we serve the cities in Richmond, Ashland, Fredericksburg, Chester, Charlottesville, and the surrounding areas.

Our Midlothian store location is currently looking for an experienced Service Department BDC and Call Center Representative to join our growing team! Join our Service Call Center and enjoy flexible work hours, competitive pay with benefits, and a comfortable work atmosphere.

Duties:

Responsibilities include

  • Responding to all inbound calls, texts, and webleads.
  • Performing outbound calls in the same mediums.
  • Scheduling appointments for guests.
  • Assisting Service Advisors with phone messages, utilizing systems in place.

Qualifications:

  • 1 – 2 years of previous customer service experience
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Team player
  • People skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Computer skills
  • Motivated
  • Customer-focused
  • Ability to work Rotating Saturdays! NO SUNDAYS
  • Prior Service Department Experience A PLUS!!!
  • X-TIME, Text2Drive, and Reynolds Experience a PLUS!!!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 – $16.00 per hour
