Call Center Telesales Agent

Job Description 

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Generation:

● Make outbound calls to potential customers who have dropped leads on

digital channels to promote products and services.

● Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.

● Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Customer Service & Management:

● Handle customer inquiries, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives

within the time limits.

● Process customer orders, ensuring all information is accurate.

● Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and


Product Knowledge:

● Stay up-to-date with product features, benefits, pricing, and promotional


● Educate customers about the features and benefits of products and


Team Collaboration:

● Work closely with team members to ensure consistent high-quality service

and to share best practices.

● Attend team meetings and training sessions.

Data Management:

● Maintain accurate records of calls made and specify the outcome on each


● Update customer records in the company’s database as required.


● Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

● Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

● High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

● Previous telesales experience, preferably in a call centre environment.

● Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

● Proficient in computer skills, including CRM software and MS Office.

● Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.

● Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.

● Excellent active listening, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

● Fluency in English & Hindi

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
