BPO Sales Executive

Job Description 

Essential duties and responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers

Conduct needs assessments and present solutions that meet customer requirements

Negotiate contracts and close deals

Track and report on sales performance

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field

2+ years of experience in software sales

Strong customer relationship management (CRM) skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
