Role and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with back office vendors to resolve system technical issue
  • Identify system enhancement and developments
  • Coordinate with other stakeholders and teams to ensure new products are developed and implemented in a competitive industry
  • Handle back office operations pertaining to clearing and settlement of equity and F&O
  • Ensure compliance requirements as per SEBI regulations
  • Handle audit – concurrent, internal and external – depositories/ stock exchanges
  • Prepare billing and MIS reports

Candidate Qualifications

  • Sound knowledge of equity, F&O, day to day settlement activities i.e. BOD / EOD / Pay-in / Pay-out
  • Experience in handling CDAS
  • Local Market Regulatory knowledge
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, etc.
