Back Office Executive

Job Description 

Role & responsibilities

  • Assist and provide adequate support to GM – Sourcing & Operations in his daily tasks.
  • Working on the policies, processes, SOPs to put the work systematically.
  • To carry out efficient documentation and filing system.
  • Managing office supplies and supervising documentation, facility housekeeping activities.
  • Prepare and handle various MIS reports and reconcile them as and when required.
  • Rectify any inconsistencies in database management.
  • Assist the front office workers in keeping the office clean and tidy.
  • Assist in the preparation and tracking, scheduling, and appointments for the team.
  • Do market research, obtain and analyse research data.
  • Print, send emails, and related tasks with internal teams shall be fundamental administrative tasks.

Desired Skills:

  • The candidate must have excellent communication skills.
  • Work Experience and good understanding of office practices and methods
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
  • Proven working experience
  • Proficient in maintaining databases/MIS
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects at a time

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate or Post Graduate
  • Degree/Diploma in Business Administration would be an advantage
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in packaging industry would be an add on

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹22,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
