Admin Clerk

Job Description 

We are looking for 2 Admin Clerks to join our team.

Duties include:

  • General upkeep of the office including organising, filing and maintaining supplies.
  • Coordinating with customers and suppliers via telephone, email and other communication channels.
  • Creating Sales Orders, Invoices, Delivery Notes, Credit Notes, etc.
  • Tele-sales.
  • Basic accounting.
  • Creation of official documents such as memos, minutes of meetings and official letters.
  • Coordinating and organising events such as meetings, competitions, promotions, school and tertiary education events.
  • Monitoring inventory stock levels.
  • Generating reports for sales and other key performance indicators.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Matric Certificate.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in Tele-sales will be an advantage.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Intermediate level excel
  • Be able to prepare schedules for VAT submission.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: R8,000.00 – R10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
