Administrative Clerk

Job Description 

Can-Seed Equipment Ltd. is looking for a professional and hard-working individual who exceeds in a fast-paced work environment. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

– Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and relay messages

– Assist team members with clerical and administrative tasks – organizing brochures, tradeshow preparation, social media accounts, ad creation, etc.

– Assist team members with generating quotes, change orders, and purchase orders

– Assist team members with maintaining and updating supplier information, sales, and customer records

– Proficient use of Microsoft software – Word, Excel, Outlook

– Hotel booking for Sale Reps

– Organize expenses

– Meticulous

– Ability to multi-task and work within tight deadlines

– Ability to manage and change priorities

– Ability to enter/type data efficiently and accurately

– Perform other duties as required

– Follow all health and safety procedures

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: $19.00 per hour
