The Role

Downer is looking for an experienced and motivated Administration Officer (Full time) for this busy Hospital in Melbourne. The Administration Officer provides structured and efficient administration and office support to the contract by entering data into various systems including payroll, purchase orders, receipts and invoices and general administrative duties.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • General administration
  • Payroll administration
  • Security ID’s
  • Food Service procurement
  • Resolve queries and provide reports

Skills and Experience

  • Experience working with administrative processes
  • Experience in SAP / MDO / Workforce scheduling systems
  • Ability to understand Award and Agreement entitlements
  • Intermediate Excel
  • Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail
  • Good problem-solving ability
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with administrative processes
  • Readily offers assistance, is a team player and acts as a resource to others
  • Questions information and ensures compliance
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information
