Admin Manager

Job Description

The Admin Manager for P.G will be responsible for efficiently managing and coordinating all administrative functions related to our Pay Guest accommodations. The role involves maintaining the smooth operation of the P.G facilities and ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Facility Management: Supervise the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the P.G premises.
Ensure all rooms and common areas are well-maintained and meet high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Oversee repairs, renovations, and improvements as necessary.

Resident Services: Manage resident inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Coordinate check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
Ensure resident satisfaction through regular communication and problem-solving.

Admin Support: Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages related to P.G inquiries and concerns.
Maintain accurate records of resident information, contracts, and payments.
Assist with billing, rent collection, and financial record-keeping.

Security and Safety: Implement security measures to ensure the safety and well-being of residents.
Respond to any security or emergency incidents as required.
Conduct regular safety inspections and address potential hazards.

Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and service providers for maintenance, cleaning, and other P.G needs.
Ensure timely payment of bills and invoices.

Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with all local regulations and licensing requirements.
Keep abreast of changes in regulations and update P.G policies accordingly.

Team Coordination: Collaborate with housekeeping staff, maintenance personnel, and other team members to ensure efficient operations.
Provide leadership and guidance to the admin and support staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,415.56 – ₹30,000.00 per month
