Administrative Assistant

Job Description 

McCullough & Sawyer Financial is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to assist in the day-to-day operations of a busy, well-established financial planning practice located in downtown Barrie.

  • Respond to clients by phone, e-mail or in person, in a timely and professional manner
  • Execution and reconciliation of time-sensitive trades
  • Liaise with cross functional groups on transfers, administration, and maintenance issues
  • Management of client database
  • Scheduling appointments, organizing events
  • Manage social media

Salary commensurate with experience. Related post-secondary education, Salesforce / RPM knowledge / successful completion or enrolment in industry courses are advantageous. Industry experience required.
