Accounts Manager

Job Description 

Job Summary

To Manage & handle all functions of Finance & Accounts department independently. Ensure all statutory compliances of concerned I-Tax, GST, Customs, MCA, PF, Labour & other departments. Manage Vendor payments, cost control, Credit control & day to day banking.

Responsibilities and Duties

# Banking & reconciliation.

# Credit control & channel accounts reconciliation.

# Expense management & vouchers entries.

# Vendor payments & purchase entries.

# Inventory management.

# Manage entire receivable, payables, accounting & balance sheet.

# MIS reports (internal & external).

# Preparing & Filing TDS challahs, TDS returns, TCS, GST returns & respective assessments.

# Manage database in accounting & CRM software.,

# Create sales & service invoices and credit & debit notes,

# PF deductions, challans & returns.

Qualifications and Skills

Post Graduate in Commerce or cost accounting.

4-6 years experience of handling all accounting functions independently in a trading firm.

Possess good knowledge & practice of Excel, Word & accounting softwares.

Must have good knowledge of VAT, GST, TDS, TCS & PF laws & procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹400,000.00 per year
